PMS officers are always on one strike or another. Government should ignore their attention seeking.

Never heard of such an apportionment formula, regrettably. I wonder why senior provincial administrative authorities have not yet bothered to reprimand or protest against such a prejudice towards PAS officers. What are they doing in the provincial administrations?
