Is India a better country?

Last night, i happened to tune on our National channel (PTV NEWS) there (i don't want to put his/her name here) one of the political and public figure passed the sentence sounds like this '' INDIA IS BETTER IN ALL WAY THAN PAKISTAN because IT IS MORE ADVANCED THAN LATTER"
This is the thinking idea and psych of our politicians? Indeed she (India) is on the paths of advancement but we should be positive and proactive for the bright future of our country.
All the members of this forum are invited to share their valuable opinions, comments and suggestions on this interrogated sentence '' Is India a better country than our country"? If you go with motion then support your ideas and if you are against the motion then present a logic.

is inida a better country than our Pakistan?

Being a pakistani i will never say that india is a better country than my pakistan. But this will be positive if we appreciate that, india is advancing in many fields of life.we are better because we have never occupied on any terriotry with the help of our army .we have never added fuel to the fire burning in any neighbour country.we are better that we never kept the factor of enemity with any country in our foreign policy.we are better that we did not threat any of our neighbour country while we are atomic power.we are better that we avoid situation carrying us toward the confrontation.we are better that we are prejudice about any minority living in our country. This true that we are facing unfavourable situation in our country but this is phase before flight toward progress.one day will come when we will be leading line of the world.PAKSITAN ZINDA BAD

There is a vast amount of difference between blind patriotism and cold facts. While India is already considered a rising global power (that can potentially counter Chinese influence in the greater region), Pakistan remains a country that's perpetually on IMF life-support. This dependence has rendered Pakistan a country that takes its internal, external and financial policies from foreign elements.

The following are the rising economic powerhouses that the international community has recognized:

- India (1.1 billion population, targeted GDP by 2025: US$16000 per capita)
- Brazil (198 million population, oil reserve, service industry)
- South Africa (50 million population, gold reserves)

Even Mexico is cited in the lists of "rising economies".

What's common in all these countries is stability - long-term stability. That's something Pakistan hasn't had since...... forever. With stability, these countries laid out long-term economic plans, rooted out corruption (more or less) and focused on developing their human resource. Pakistan is yet to achieve a proper agricultural revolution.

Yes, so, by looking at the facts alone, we have been left behind. We are not ignored by Western financial experts who make these lists because we're Muslim (yes, we love to play the victim card) but because we have ourselves created our monsters who are eating away at us right now.
