well read whole debate for time being lets put religon aside.... tell me wen some one blame another person that he have comiited theft n lodges an FIR is he misusing of law??? he is just balming him without any proof means he is misusing law so this law should b repealed na???
law for punishment of murder should be repaeled because so many ppl r in jails becoz of false charge on them..... is this should made the criteria every Law of pakistan should be repealed.
now coming to point laws of blasphamy in pakistan are not wrong it self but sometime misused agreed as so many other laws are misused by ppl. nothng is bad itself but they way u use it make it gud or bad
2nd point y not LONG ARM STATUTE by israeli parliament put in question which allows israeli courts jurisdiction over any person around the world who outer single word against jews or holocast? y so many ppl in diffrent european countries put in jail just for say jews bad????? y no question no protest thier y not anybody say to repeal those laws adopted by almost all europiean countries??????????
