Question Should the term Muslim be used for terrorist taliban and Al-qaidah etc?
Muslim term should be used for terrorist Taliban and Al-Qaidah etc?


i am of opinion 1 thing should be followed strictly to use not "Muslim" term for terrorist
as terrorist Taliban or other people who killed innocent people or spread wrong ideas in the regard of Islamic teachings...... our country and its Government should be placed this doctrine in front of foreign countries of non Muslims they would be not use Muslim term for these type people as Al-qaida , terrorist Taliban etc if USA n other countries would follow this thing then Pakistani Government should dialogue with them . this thing would be discourage propaganda against Islam and Muslim as well

what would be say others?

Default I am in favor of what u said...
West always follows the evangelical ideology behind this war.. religion has always been a catalyst in this regard.. you are right Noor in saying this that every terrorist is not muslim.. what about Tamils of sri lanka? they do terror activities but they are not muslims. so entitling these ruffians who massacre innocent humans as muslims is not justifiable... these are not Humans at all.. we must strongly condemn it..

i agree with you.
i think now there is a change in west's attitude towards Islam.
i don't take it positively as they are never going to favour Islam.
as recently they criticised the minaret demolition bill of switzerland.
but as regards taliban they are a group. to take them as muslims or representatives of Islam is wrong .so i agree with you

we have to present a moderate view of Islam. We should deny any affiliations with unislamic acts, becouse tenets of Islam are purely based on sacred intentions.
Islam is a religion of peace; it does not interferes with other faiths. it is impossible for a practicing Muslim to be a terrorist. our religion states explicitly that killing of one human being amounts to killing to whole humanity.
Government of Pakistan should not engage in dialogue with USA until the later accepts this very principle. Currently statistics show that Pakistan is not top of the list in terror stimulating activities. Therefore, it is only a propaganda which the west is utilizing to malign Islam and particularly Pakistan. In this regard, Pakistan should get confidence of other Islamic countries

aoa whoever is a terrorist has nothing to do with the thing called RELIGION.so lets not just set free Islam,but every religion from associate w/ terrorism or w/ any evil.
