Well, if something becomes obsolete and unrepairable, it is better to discard it and get a new one.
The existing system has shown time and again that it cant work with the changing times ( inspite of doubling the salary). The new force wont require too much as thousands are policemen recurited every year, who can be trained on the pattern of Mortorway Police and within the same budget a big change can be introduced in the system.

Transparency International has confirmed it in its annual report that Police is NO 1 in corruption, ( double pay ka nateeja ? hahaha ) And on the other hand there is zero corruption in Motorway Police.
Same country, same culture, same people but look at the difference ! It shows that someone can do it.

just find out in the TI report that 82% of pakistanis have strongly supported the idea of a new police force on the pattren of Motorway Police !
