hey ya everyone...plz share ur views on alternate dispute resolution mechanism in baluchistan....
this topic has been one of the hotly baked issues of ur current scenario...i'll be obliged to have evryone's views....

As for as ADR is concerned,let me say that prominent procedures like adjudicatory and non- adjudicatory have been applied to the lingering matter without securing emphasis on the genuine cause that is''self -utilization and self governance over indigenous resources of baloch soil.''Shortly after, elevation of ppp led government,claims were raised that this hanging fire must be resolved by taking into confidence the real representatives of baloch nation who appeared to be vehemently angry with the country. viewed so,the incumbent government could not brought even a singular change rather than increasing apprehensions and despondencies amongst baloch people.if the government is sincere in getting the matter resolved,she must recognize the right of baloch nation over their resources with an approach to hand over the ownership from federal to provincial government.Outstanding debts must be paid to the provincial government with utmost urgency.Real public representatives must be brought on table by developing an atmosphere of trust and confidence.All grievances of such leadership must be minimized.Missing persons must be brought before the courts where they should be trailed for their misdeeds(if any).Reservations and confusions of tribal chieftains must be shaded away.Operations and military campaigns should be put an end so that general peace and implicit faith could be attained.Until and unless these matters are resolved with sincere efforts and logical assurance the issue of Baluchistan can never be resolved.
