I think the only problem that we as Pakistani face is , we do not know how to solve our problems.
Education and media can enable us to analyse the situation around us but no regeneration is possible unless we all become united as a nation. Untill we become able to make us accountable and meticulous about our own deeds, we are not in a position to protest against others.

Here in Pakistan, as the situation is v complex, the most apropperiate way to protest is in peaceful manner by keeping oneself perfect in accord to Quran then join an organization which is, sincerely, working for the positive change in the system like Tanzeem Islami founded by Dr. Israr Ahmed (Late) and headed by Akif Saeed (tanzeem.org). They are teaching Quran first then they 'll protest in an organized manner, when there 'll be a large number of True Pakistani Muslims in near future. They 'll consider each and every policy contradictory to Quran and 'll try hard to correct it whether it would cost lives and blood.
If you, as a being, want to maximize the value your efforts to bring a positive change in Pakistan then, first you should change yourself in accord to Quran (your own words, Maroof) then by joining tanzeem.
It is the most comprehensive and effective way to protest.

I have mentioned the dense and complex situation i.e as we have to force our Muslim brothers in government, not Non Muslims, so we 'll have to avoid killing or harrassing them untill they do not exceed the limits. Moreover, in the case of armed or militant resistance they may use the Pak Army or other Law enforcement forces against us, which is not our desire as we need peace via peace.
Hope it is complete and desired answer, if you agree then don't wait for miracles and do join.

Protest march

Protest march, a most common unhazardeous towards state and mass peoples.
1. state do not affect like financially or its infrastructure (such as burning tyres and banks is alwayes a loss of state)
2. common peoples personal properties and their way of life will continue towards their decided direction
3. it is unforcful, do not force any one to be with you in your protest without their will. if protest is right people who had a interested will come and join the protest, with that protest anyone also exmined that either protest is right or wrong however is it most (if right you find lots of mass peoples in your favour, otherwise other way round)
and the main thing
historical and common form of nonviolent action by groups of people.

A common saying *In order to change the system you have to be a part of it.* guides us comprehensively that if we want to bring about positive change then we have to become a part of it. If only one complete batch of CSP's make their effort to not dwell to unfair means and will run the offices sincerely then a change in all departments of Pakistan will come by. If we maintain this culture for coming 5 years the system will automatically clean up and there will be no more corruption in departments.

The effect will be propagated slowly upward and at the same time system will by itself revive up to the standard.

This is what will be called a positive gradual change. These are my thoughts individuals can disagree :-)

Khuhro has explained a decent and real way to record the protest. If you want to protest against the fake policies of the govt, let the govt complete its tenure and ensure by using your power to vote that that govt disappears from the scene in the next election if it disappointed you. Avoid creating chaos of any sort.
