I don't have words to say something on this barbaric and henious act of violence. I am unable to express my feelings after seeing video of such a horrible act. Are we human beings...??? Where are moral values????? Even a wild animal does not do with his prey what we so called humans have done with our brothers. Why would nature's fury not encalsp us?????? O ALLAH! Forgive us, we have not proved equal to the task... Even we feel shame in calling us muslims... rather we doubt to be humans... Because we have killed humanity with our own hands.

Exclamation Joining hands with the butter villagers

Last night I was shocked to hear the following on Samma TV by Dr Firdous Ashiq Awaan, the public representative of Sialkot,

'' Sialkot mein do naheen teen qatal howay hain teesray qatal ka koi wawaila naheen hai, us maqtool ki bewi sawal karti hai kay woh kis kay hath per apnna lahoo talash karay''

Earlier Sialkot's another representative, PML-N's Khawaja Asif had said

Qatal tau inn ka bhi howa hai ( two brothers ) aur un ka bhi ( butter village waloon ka bhi ) Mein kiya kah sakta hoon
No doubt, politicians can't afford anger of a whole village.
We and media need to acknowledge one thing. Who can be the people that still need to have support the barbarians of butter villagers? It's the ploice or rescue officials. The only way to save their dirty faces, for them, is to instigate agitation amongst the brutal villagers. Bringing them to roads and creating law and order situation in Sialkot, is in their best interest. Once, enmity is created between Butter residents and Sialkot city dwellers, the outcomes will be devastating. Moreover, such a situation will be ideal to detrack the attention of Government and media from the root issue.

The root issue is that Gujranwala police has been promoting this '' kill at site'' policy for long. Under the guidelines of RPO Gujranwala, Mr Cheema, many such incide3nts have already taken place. Cheema has promoted his brutal poicy in open on record press conferences. It was police under the mastery DPO Chohan that disgraced the bodies of Muneeb ( a 9th class student ) and Mughees ( a First year Marry College student ), and moved them throughout the city in a trolley.

In Sialkot incident DPO is responsible for all this barbarity because he allowed the mob to torture the two teenagers who were neither DONs nor proclaimed offenders nor they had criminal record.

Mr. Zulfiqar Cheema never allowed to kill innocent teenagers. He supported those encounters in which the criminals were wanted by govt (proclaimed offenders) dead or alive due to the intensity of their crimes and the govt also announced head money for arresting the gangsters dead or alive.

Watch the video of Nanu Goraya the notorious extortionist, criminal and kidnapper of Punjab and his ultimate end. Justice Bilal was alleged to be in contact with Nanu Goraya. Police also showed the body to the city while patrolling in vehicle and announced that the chapter of oppressions has been closed from Gujranwala forever though it was criticized by media. In end who is ur Hero Nanu Goraya or Zulfiqar Cheema?

RPO Zulfiqar Cheema may not have any direct role. But a DPO could not have so much courage if the policy had not been possessed from top to bottom. And I still don't regard Cheema as a hero. The psychology behind this menace has been propagated by him. Extra-judicial punishment of an accused can never be allowed in a civilised society at any cost. Gujranawala Police's such acts have, unfortunately, been seen as heroic by some segments, which is so unfortunate.

Zulfiqar cheema's policy was right to some extent as the hardened criminals in Gujranawala had made the lives of ordinery people hell. They were not getting punishment from courts as nobody dare to appear as witness against them, and if somebody dared, he would have been killed by them.
Cheema adopted the best policy( killing the killers ) as there was no other option available and now he is a hero of Gujranwala citizens. There was a rumor of his transfer last week and thousand of people came out on roads and demanded him back in Gujranwala.
We should not say that due to his policy Sailkot incident happened as the circumstance are quite different at both location.

zulfiqar cheema is most competent rpo gujranwala every get he suspended so many police men for negligence his personal no. is written on main gate of every thana (p.s) n that no. is never powered of a lay man can approch him anytime if he has some complaints against police n most of corruption rate here in gujranwala region is decreased dramatically almost 50% less corruption now. so its not fair to blame those who r not involved. if he is responcible whole civil society is responcible we all r responcible.
just thing is we want to start a blame game n transfer burden of responbility to other

RPO and Commissioner Gujranwala has been closed to Headquarters.
The incident in question might have taken 4/5 hours while reports take minutes to reach to the high officers through wireless. It indicates that DPO seems to be involved directly in the matter. In the process of 4/5/6 hours, no authority (DPO, DCO, DSP, etc.) came to check the brutality. It also came to notice after days. Strange.

Police helping to save the police personnel.Zulifqar Cheema is the honest policeman.

LAHORE: IG Police Punjab Tariq Saleem Dogar has replaced Regional Police Officer (RPO) Gujranwala Zulfiqar Cheema with Tariq Masood Yasin, Geo News reported Monday.

Zulfiqar Cheema has been appointed DIG Welfare.

RPO Tariq Masood was earlier serving as DIG Traffic Lahore in Gujranwala Division.

According to sources, the transfer of Zulfiqar Cheema has been undertaken in the backdrop of the murders of two teenaged brothers in Sialkot.

Zulfiqar Cheema’s one of the brothers is Justice (Retd.) Iftikhar Cheema who is an MNA with affiliation to Pakistan Muslim League-N.

Zulfiqar Cheema was appointed RPO following PML-N’s formation of government in Punjab.

Cheema is considered a champion of police encounters. During his tenure, a number police encounters took place in which proclaimed criminals such as Nanhu Guraya, Asim Wado, Ahmedi Nat, Kala Gujar and Ishaque Kana were taken out. The bodies of some of the criminals were paraded on streets when he served as RPO.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had lauded Zulfiqar Cheema’s services on several occasions in the past.

I am astonished to read comments in favour of DPO.What the hell he was doing there when unbridled mob was slaughtering two innocents?
