HARRP (high frequency aurol research program) is in Alaska. this project is planed at 200 miles away frm Alaska to control the atm pressures. I want to share ths information with u respetable gyz.
1-can we say that our 2005 earth quake n floods 2010 are the reflections of their experiments?
m wonder that monsoon rains r caused in agst (pakistan) due to eastern flows of winds but now in 2010 the winds r frm western n eastern both sides

WHAT IS HAARP?? High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program(HAARP) is a seismic weapon and it can be used to alter the climate, it creates artificial cyclones, floods, set off earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, disrupt global communication systems remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. This is entirely a new class of weapons.

Pakistani Floods: Was HAARP technology used??

ARTIFICIAL FLOODS: Can HAARP create artificial floods? HAARP can be used for various purposes. The question is–was HAARP used against Pakistan?
Is it possible? Is it feasible? Is it just Sci Fi? There is a lot of literature available on the subjects
All started suddenly and thousands died, millions displaced, hundreds of villages vanished in the matter of just 4 days!!…strangely there were no weather warnings, no alarms.. these are the worst floods in the history of Pakistan BUT no one from Global MET offices could even trace what is going on in this region?
We have investigated this matter and concluded that HAARP has recently been used in NW area of Pakistan .. the choice of starting point was perfect.. all the flood is going in downstream i.e. Khyber (Hills) to Karachi (Sea)… it is designed to submerge entire Pakistan and bring up the worst crises and chaos ever happened.. they know they cant win a war with Nuclear armed Pakistan – it would be a mutual destruction, so they have other ways to do it!.

How much do we know about seismic weapons at present ?
During the Second World War, a group of New Zealand researchers attempted to develop a device capable of provoking tsunamis that could be unleashed against Japan. The research work was conducted by Thomas Leech, an Australian national, at Auckland University behind the code name of "Project Seal"(1944 and 1945). The work started by Thomas Leech was pursued during the Cold War. Officially, at the end of the Vietnam War, the United States and the Soviet Union gave up environmental wars upon signing the 1976 "Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques".
Nevertheless, in 1975, the USSR embarked on a new research, this time in the field of Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) for the purpose of studying the earth’s crust and be able to anticipate earthquakes. The Soviets examined the possibility of provoking small quakes in order to forestall a big one. This research was quickly militarized and resulted in the construction of Pamir, the earthquake machine.
After the dismemberment of the USSR, those in charge of this programme decided to go to the United States for lure of money, but the Pentagon refused to pay them since their research was incomplete. In 1995, when Russia was governed by Boris Yeltsin and oligarch Viktor Chernomyrdin, the US Air Force recruited the researchers working at their Nizhny Novgorod laboratory. They built a much more powerful machine, Pamir 3, that was tested successfully. At that point, the Pentagon bought the men together with the material and shipped them to the United States, where they were incorporated into the HAARP programme.

Glorious Qur'an emphasizes the fact that nothing happens in the universe without the knowledge, will and wisdom of the Creator. Earthquakes - like many other natural disasters - are part and parcel of the Divine plan for punishing the ill - doers trying the pious ones, and teaching the saved individuals the lesson of their lives. Unless taken in this context, human beings will never learn from their own mistakes or even from the mistakes of others. Understanding the mechanisms by which earthquakes take place and measuring both their intensities and magnitudes cannot help in their prediction. The only way of avoiding this and other disasters is heeding the Creator and living according to His guidance.

Present-day earthquakes are mentioned in the Glorious Qur'an as forces that destroy foundations of buildings and hence cause their destruction, or cause rifting of the earth and swallowing the rifted part with its inhabitants. The Qur'an reads:

"Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive." (Surat An-Nahl (The Bees):26)

"Do then those who devise evil plots feel secure that Allah will not sink them into the earth, or that the torment will not seize them from directions they perceive not?" (Surat An-Nahl (The Bees):45)

From the previous two verses we can see clearly that the main reason behind punishment with earthquakes is plotting against the way of Allah and devising evil deeds against individuals or against humanity at large. The Glorious Qur'an repeatedly emphasizes the fact that earthquakes, rifting, tsunamis, Hurricanes, (or Typhoons), Cyclones Tropical Storms, Tropical Depressions and other natural disasters were and still are ways of expressing the wrath of the Creator against ill-doers of His creation. If innocent individuals are caught in the middle of this way of punishment, Allah will resurrect them according to their intentions and will reward them amply. The Inimitable Qur'an reads:

"Do you then feel secure that He will not cause a side of the land to swallow you up, or that He will not send against you a violent sand-storm? Then, you shall find no Wakil (guardian - one to guard you from the torment)." (Surat Al-Isra (The Journey by Nights):68)

Another thing Our friend China spent their sleepless nights to examine the flood in pakistan and told pakistan be ready for the "WORST". Our Met office also alarmed that in this moonsoon season rains will occur ten times more then the normal but our government didnt responded them well.

No it was not. I thnk so bcz it was a slight jerk. Ths type of slight displacement of crust plates can never b due to HAARP.

HARP project was initiated in in cold war ear, what it basically does is that , it is a giant radio wave antenna , which beams waves into the atmosphere ( especially on the Ionosphere/Magneto sphere) which in reality lifts the atmosphere and deflects the path of Ballistic Missiles , it was basically an anti ballistic missile project , and the HARP antenna is located in USA -

Now explanation about earth quakes and floods are the possible by such technology or not the answer is yes, ( but to do that they the antenna needs to be on a satellite to focus it on a particular region )

1. In modern day , the earth's crust is analyzed for minerals and oil by beaming waves at particular region from satellite and they reflect back according to a frequency relating to the particular mineral or oil in the earth crust . What the waves actually do they vibrate the earth crust and it resonates the frequencies according to it,s formation . ( If the wave beams are too strong the earth curs can vibrate at a higher frequency and result in tectonic movement or seismic activity )

2. Now about the floods as related to earlier explanation i gave , with HARP technology earth atmospheric layers is lifted up , just as you look at someone's eye from side you will see a bulge , when the atmosphere is lifted it can change the weather phenomenon ( but this process is to risky and dangerous because weather changes can be wide spread and dangerous and they can have affects on Americas very easily ) - Global warming has also many loop hole ( study for your self on it )

3. Behavior control of population - when there is power shortage you feel a lull and calm , why ??? next time when power goes try to feel it , you will notice it easily , why is that ?? , the reason it that electronic equipment,s give out waves ( capacitors , transistors ) , power cables , the effect they have on humans is that , all the activity that goes on in the brain result from neurons movement and spark such as motor functions and other , and waves do affect them , so it you crack that which waves affects certain type of human function,action or thought, you can do some changes in human behavior e.g ( shock therapy for mental patients )

with satellites quipped with right equipment these things can be achieved.

2 years back i learned about this technology , the HARP project was initiated in early 70's , so you can imagine what advancements could have been achieved in this time

Earthquake, disease, floods, or even minor rains: Pakistan is NOT prepared for any adversity whether it’s manmade or natural. It hadn’t been for last 65 years and will likely not be in next 65 years. 1 day of rain is enough to stand still our biggest Metropolitan ... its a shame really.

We always need someone to blame after a catastrophe. Mostly it’s India, sometimes we just put it as Allah’s will and now we have HAARP!!!! Despite everything we still do not do anything to avoid the damage in future . What will happen in next year’s monsoon is anybody’s guess ?

BTW what is causing the hurricanes, twisters and earth quakes in USA?

Increasing presence of Americans in Karachi and Islamabad with sealed and secret locations with heavy machinery imported and fixed here in Karachi, one can definitely doubt the use of HAARP technology.

Islamabad has thousands of Americans and these recent jolts are indicating the presence of HAARP technology.

I cannot recall all the calamities but after plane crash with 152 casualties, we have seen as many as 100 + killings in Karachi on account of MQM MPA, then flood, sialkot incident, Islamabad jolts, more riots in Karachi, political situation is getting worst day by day.

Is it just our fate or any planned conspiracy? If it’s destined by Almighty then we should consider this warning!
