to root out mqmz ability to kill on will ability and to disfunction their terrorism network(or in other words the whole party) an intelligence led army operation spread over a longer period of time(not a hustle bustle sort of operation by using extensive military might) is needed...

in present situation no political party can and infact should(even if it wants to) carry out such an operation through police.(and especially through police)

there is always a peaceful way out but unfortunately their is no one that competent to hold up such a flag.
