Good judgement comes from bad experiences. They (repeaters) are the ones who share experiences with you (us) on this forum and you are so ungrateful to them by suggesting things which will further put hurdles in their way. In my opinions, there must be some relief for them. Those who are suggesting steps regarding deduction of marks are the ones who are looking for shortcuts, and want to achieve something without any solid struggle.

first of all I salute the efforts of repeaters, who remained in the competition till the achievement of their goal. They tried hard to achieve their goal. they took the exam as competition and at last came from the ground as winners.
When somebody is going to compete anywhere, he should not blame his competitors, rather he should compete with great courage and patience and try to win the competition. Here I want to mention the poetic verse of Iqbal to pay a tribute to repeaters. Hum Khud Tarashtay hain manazil k sang e meel
Hum woh nahi hain jin ko zamana bana gaya

don't blame repeaters dear.. aise instances bhi hote hain jin main aik repeater aik first attempter ko guidance bhi de raha hota hai aur khud bhi tayari kar raha hota hai magar result main first attempter pass ho jaata hai aur repeater fail ho jaata hai

A bit strange words by a fellow member, but it is entirely his own point of view in specific frame of reference, he should not be condemned in harsh words for this. Never.... He simply needs pacifying through arguments and logical statements, as did by many fellows under this thread.
Dear Kibzai, your point of view cannot be accepted by any cannon of law or through concept of fairplay and justice. everybody has right to compete, this is not the case that every repeater become topper or get good merit/position, but many repeaters get fail even in written part. He who works hard/put in extra efforts and is given a chance by luck, he gets a good position and he may be lauded for his performance in the exam. You may like to work hard for the next year and good luck for it.

Repeaters wouldn't have repeated if they were not given the chances. So it's not something very bad or embarrassing that one tops after attempting twice or thrice. Moreover most of aspirants think or even believe that getting success in css exam depends on luck too, yet a hard worker is rewarded however.

Actually hmare students ko guidance itni poor milti k jab tak wo first time men exam de kar experience nahin kar lete uswaqt tak unhen andaza nahin hota..
I think jo repeaters toppers hen uski main wajah yeh nahin k wo first time men ill-aptitude rakhte the rather they had got insufficient guidance...
