Lightbulb Immunity of President in international scenario
This is something i want to share with you people and also want your suggestions. According to my information, two presidents in American history were impeached (President Anderson in 1868 and president Clinton in 1998). Recently Hungarian president resigned before impeachment because of his fake doctorate degree.i want to know if my information is correct then what is the use of international law of immunity against impeachment to president. why is so hew and cry in Pakistan about immunity of president?

A President while in office is immune to any Judicial Proceeding as per the Constitution of Pakistan. There is also a constitutional way of Impeachment of President within this very Constitution. These two things, Immunity and Impeachment, are not to be intermingled.
