Pakistan's role in Afghanistan. Pakistan;s role in his neighbor country posses immense important in our all history. what position Pakistan posses now a days? as trilateral summit going on in kabul. which are the most important points related to Pakistan which our pm must discuss with others. wht are expected pros and cons of this summit..... arguments required.....

Peace in Afghanistan is crucial for peace in Pakistan. Therefore it is very important for Pakistan to play its role for prosperous and developed Afghanistan. It is also very important to have a complete check on increasing role of India in Afghanistan to penetrate the par of power in region as far as India and Pakistan is concern. Refering to Obama's recent appreciation of Indian role in Afghanistan is alarming for pakistan. Moreover it is also to settle the issue of cross borders attacks on Pakistan military forces. What will be future of Afghanistan? This is directly related with future of pakistan in many context because afghanistan and Pakistan bothe are facing many same problems as far as terrorism, militancy, so called claim of taliban imposing for Shariat, interest of USA in both of countries and many more... therefore it is imporatnt for Pakistan to come forward to deal the issues rather to let India in Afghanistan....

Positive ending note,posturing & jargon aside there is not much room for Pakistan to maneuver as there is trust deficit among 3 partners. Pakistan is facing criticism & boo from US congress due to it's unsavory handling of slala incident. Nationalistic/Sovereignty noise was first fueled & then it ended on whimper. This volte-face is costly in terms of dent it cause to a nation's position. USA has been playing india card to tame Pakistan when the latter goes awry vis a vis the USA's expectations.then, China factor is so compelling for USA that it cannot ignore India nor Asia.
Then comes Afghanistan that too looks at Pakistan with suspicion,however, praises India for massive investments she has been undertaking in Afghanistan.
Pakistan, has limited options in this scenario. There is nothing like good/bad militants thingy exists nor it should be, given the militant's obsession to terrorize innocent people. So strategic-depth must be replaced by strategic-understanding of changing waters. Pakistan should accept India's role(it can't erase her footprints) and try to take part in building up of Afghanistan as much as it can. Af-Pak is not merely a label,both regions' peace is interlinked.So peace in afghanistan will lessen tensions here.
Pak's Talibans are more dangerous as they are attacking the very fiber of our society,whereas, Afghani talibans are drawing support due to their nationalistic cause.thus,curbing this nefarious activity of TTP is a do-thing. Pakistan must not act as a spoiler as after draw-down of NATO troops,civil war would further exacerbate & spillover to this side of border.
Pakistan must contribute positively to develop international,regional & local 3 tiers of governance/political set up in Afghanistan. These are some broad aspects that must be considered & worked upon by relevant authorities.
