Before law all are equal and should be treated equally. But in pakistan what can be said with confidence?

The Case is a breakthrough. It will have far-reaching effects over politics in Pakistan. For the first time, role of " Uniform " was disclosed openly and by the people who wear it.

Its a good step by SC, and those who were involved in the misuse of public money should be treated according to laws, and also those politicians who recieved money to disturb the democrative govts. Must be brought in the courts..

it would be a great step but only after its physical implementation.

The Point is not in taking action against Culprits but the disclosure that " Who " made Politics a " ditry game " and " How " it was done. This " Great Confession " has achieved what countless Speeches, Discussions , Columns and Books could not.

ASgar khan case

for me it seems that this is the political game of PPP to increase their vote bank and turn the eye of the poverty lagged nation of Pakistan.. the hot issues are the law order situation in the country,, Balochistan issue? missin person? why SC is not probes such cases?

SC has for the first time proved that at least the struggle to restore judiciary was not all in vain. I appreciate the bold step taken by SC to disclose the names of those involved generals but at the same time SC did not mention the names of involved politicians, which lays some doubts in front of us. I hope its not another storm in cup of tea.

@ sabahat

Well, i think that SC has made a bold decision, and credit must be given to CJP and other honorable judges. As far as the names of the politicians are concerned, a number of politicians has been involved in this scam, and few names were raised in the proceedings of the case. We all know who they were/are. But if any action is taken against those politicians then what about the future general elections??? Are we heading towards another term of PPP govt?

A decision which will improve the graph of CJ and SC. CJ has tried to recover from his falling graph. His popularity and integrity graph was severely hit by his blunders, untimely decisions, and discriminatory steps. But he has timely realized his blunders and has repaired his image. I wish he restores his initial image and continues his fair and impartial role to provide Justice to this nation. Decision appreciated. Weldon SC. I hope and I pray that he removes the corruption from courts, it will be the yeoman service to this nation which will be remembered for centuries if Courts are kept corruption free. I desperately wait to see CJ’s crackdown on corrupt and black sheep of his own Jurisdiction that is SC, HC, and lower courts.
