You all are bearing the fruit of wrong policies of the Musharaf regime. I don't get it what kind of economist was Shaukat Aziz that he couldn't see the future of his rubbish policies. We only need Democracy with patience, give time to the democratic forces of Pakistan

With due respect.. I must remind you that it is the blessing of this government that we are once again under the IMF.. And I think that our people need to have a reality check as all dictators are not bad and all politicians are not good. The fact is that the following things are mostly because of Musharraf and his policies:
-High GDP for many years.
-Poverty reduced to approx 34%.
-Education sector improved.
-Dollar was around Rs 60.
-We were one of the very few countries to have got ourselves out of IMF
schemes.
-In 2005 earthquake, the whole world helped us, now after the floods its
different.
-Telecommunications revolution.
-Media revolution.
-Gawadar Port.
-Defence improvements.
-Motorway extension.
-Irrigation canals cleaning.
And I myself am in favour of democracy which our Quaid also highly regarded. Besides Musharraf is now a civilian and he wants to be democratically elected again, therefore, we should be happy that he is doing things democratically now.

I second u on this...... every new Democratic Govt. officials came and they start doing whatever they want....if that fails they said its because of the last govt. they dont have the courage to even admit what wrong they did....
If people thinks that democratic govt is doing Right...than plz mention the project which is being done by this Govt and people are happy with that....as per my little knowledge there is none of the project which we can say they announced or give in right direction every project is a new way of doing corruption.... One more thing i wanted to add whenever the democratic party kicked out there has always been lot of allegation of Corruption on them...but its now 3 years of Mr. Musharraf's resign, none of the party can even accused him for corruption....

We are surely in need of Musharraf for Pakistan with his Motto of "Pakistan first."
Especially his decission to deligate power to the lower class of the society and that too on our own decissions and rejection/action against the people having anti Pakistan sentiments.

and to add
when musharraf left
our foreign reserves were $17 billion
price of diesel was 40 rupees per litre even at the time when the international price was $80 per barrel , and during the summer of 2010, the international price came as low as $20 per barrel but we in our country were still paying 65 rupees per litre for diesel ,,,,,,,
and one thing more in my university during Musharraf era many people were sent abroad on scholarships by HEC for doing MS and PhD in their respective fields but when the present government came we were told ....."HEC walay fund nai dety ab apna apna bandobast karo"

I think you know very well that more than 80% rape cases are false. i don't like to explain it more because while explaining this I may not honor the moral ethics of the Forum..
