Economic survey of Pakistan 2012-13
 

Govt failed to achieved the targets set for the FY 2012-13. Main reason behind this failure (according to govt) are :
1. Energy Shortage
2. Poor law and order situation
3. Floods and rains
4. Other structural impediments

And behind all this is the poor and careless management of government. I think it is the state institutions and government that solve the problems and lead the country not the problems that leads the country. Problems are every where but these problems are produced by man and than have to b solved by man. It was the government's responsibility to reduce these shortcomings. No angel will come and solve you problems and than provide you safe play ground. solution of problem tells that to what extant the government was efficient.
