CA and Css are 2 ends of a rope

CA means chartered accountants . They are trained to manage accountancy
While CSS is civil superior services. They work for government office.

"Nothing is Impossible for a willing heart"

They both are difficult for those who has less impact on study.

If u land in Audit and Accounts after CSs, then CA will b most suitable for u !! Apart from that, comparing CA with CSS is like comparing bananas with aeroplanes !!
