With revolution coming in the country and Gullu Butt in the prison? Woahh, what a tragedy! Aren't we used to more spices? :P
P.s. Can anyone explain to me what does Mr Qadri really want, yes, apart from Shabaaz Sharif's resignation? I don't understand his agenda. No entiendo :/ |

Yesterday, It was just an announcement. Otherwise, almost everything was decided. On 24 July, Imran Khan met Dr. TUQ in Lahore (secretly). Because of some political reasons, they announced it now. However both have different agenda but they did agree on a common point i.e to remove present govt.
Now, I think, they don't have to sit too long to achieve their goal. As it is already been 5 days, and still the whole country is contained by containers. I believe, Qadri has more clear and realistic agenda than IK. However, some people say that everything should be done under constitution. Actually, certain amendments will be required to fulfill either khan's or Qadri's agenda. Hopefully, both knows it. And Imran Khan would not want to say it again "hum se ghalti ho gai". Ya Allah Khair |

14th august is nothing more than independence day for mob rule .
The most obvious part of it is two groups with different demands are enmassing in one city, this is unprecedented as both groups don't have a common leadership and, on top of that, their demands are not clear or un meet-able. Thus chances of riots in the capital city remain . Now riots are very common for democracies, but us Pakistanis are typically sensitive to rioting because of culture and, moreover, since most businesses are not insured it causes a lot of damage and will again put a tremendous financial strain upon the government, and also heavily armed rioters can make it in tolerably violent. Thus if it goes to rioting, the chances are people will call the army to takeover. If the army still doesn't takeover the government will use force to control the rioters and arrest the leadership for trial. The other side is there will be a truce between government and rivals and all those poor people will just have a chance to visit the capital city and go home . The truce can be brokered (by army or other mediators) or self submissive. I think the real trouble makers will neither be IK nor TUQ, but Shaikh Rasheed and Chaudhris . So far PTI and TUQ have shown respect for each other, but traditionally it has always been the middle men who stir up

IK is thinking that Qadri will fly to Canada after the govt. is overthrown. But it is a presumption of not only PTI leaders but also of its common people and workers. This alliance will trouble the PTI a lot and may prove destructive for PTI. PTI's demands are very much political and too much limited in nature, truly. PTI's "excellent mission" is being hijacked by those who have only lust for power like Q-League and Sheikh Sahb. IK being the head of 2nd largest party should handle the issue very carefully and that is politically, diplomatically and through negotiations. In any case, if PTI keeps its track to just topple the govt. by any means public will turn against it and it will again return to its 1997-position.
The summary of the above discussion is that the PTI is the most privileged party among revisionists, so it has to resolve the issues peacefully, and give the govt. more time (at least equal to that has passed) so that the govt. should commit some more mistakes rather blunders. Opposing comments are highly appreciated as this is the most effective way, and if I am allowed to say, the only way for "Change"... As according to Maulana Tariq Jameel change belongs to "one", "individual" not like that is suggested by Mr. Qadri Regards! |

The way these revolutionary leaders are repeating same things over and over again so stubbornly suggests that their reins are being pulled from some unseen corner. The real game lies with those secret hands. And about who that unseen hands could be, there seems uncertainty because who would benefit from all this can't be determined. It also seems there is pressure among revolutionary parties' own ranks, which could be because of 'eagerness for glory' .

Formal alliance of IK with TUQ will surely hurt his reputation. But, In my opinion, TUQ,like always has no serious agenda, he is here to keep political temperature up with his day to day theatrics and changing stances. He is backed by some unseen powers, who donot want to see stability in Pakistan and he is here to confuse everyone. He will never make alliance with larger political parties and will return to toronto.

A THEORY:
1] pti leader who has just reached zaman park lahore ,will give a call to his workers tomorrow. and, inspite of all obstacles, over 20000 workers gather around him. 2] TUQ, who already has around 20000 people in his basket of dharna, gathers a few more people around him within next 48 hours. 3] these two huge gatherings in one metropolitan city create a snow balling effect. and, many nearby stations add to the already established crowds on both sides. 4] A group of round about 5000 people from PML Q and MWM joins the show. 5]on the other hand, sheikh rasheed along with a reasonable crowd from rawalpindi approaches D CHOWK. 6] on the other hand, state machinery with stubborn force brings halt to the LAHORI MARCHERS. A CLASH......yielding so many atrocities on both sides.... 7]ultimately, the crowd removes these barriers and reaches islamabad at 15-16 march. 8] (now add to this point )
