A Giant Ship And Great Flood
 

Prophet Nuuh(Noah) is one of the earliest prophets sent by Allah(God) to mankind. Prophet Nuh lived 1450 years in the world. The people who were plunged in putrefaction and sin were warned by Prophet Nuuh. Because he was granted with the duty of preaching to his people by Allah, likewise advising them to relinquish idolatry and to worship only Allah and to live good and pure lives.

Prophet Nuuh(Noah) had dual duties as he had to warn his people, asking them to be remorseful and, at the same time, he had to preach about Allah’s leniency and forgiveness, pledging them the glad tidings Allah would provide if they led virtuous lives.

Allah commanded Prophet Nuuh(Noah) to build a ship, the Ark, and as he was building it, he was passed and mocked by chieftains. Having built a ship, he got asked to load the ship with pairs of every animal, and Prophet Nuuh’s household, and a group of believers who did submit to Allah. The people who refuted the message of Prophet Nuuh, including one of his own sons, submerged.

Allah commanded Prophet Nuuh to take all species that he needed on the ship. There are four parts of the earth, three parts of which are water and one is dry, Allah commanded angels, and the world was all flooded completely. Only those creatures survived who were on the ship.
