I have no idea about newspapers but yes, here is an American cite named HubPages you can post your article there. They have an auto checking system and give you a verity of topics on which you can shed light. Your English is strong enough to reach their standard. But write carefully, the grammatical mistake is a taboo; your article won't be published. There are also many niche sites on which they can transfer your article if you get a good score on their scale.
