The Non-transparent System In Pakistan
This opaque system is a dilemma for people from not just today’s but our childhood, in which there has been only one notorious ailment of bribery in the entry test and job employment in Pakistan.
The medical entry tests conducted after 12th grade by the reputed institutes have been found non-transparent recently; therein, most of the students cleared and secured ninety percentage in entry tests, having given bribery and cheated. Likewise, they got the paper leaked before the test, causing the cancellation of the result and the test. Most of the deserving students couldn’t make it to admissions, just as most of the students cleared the test and got admissions through bribery and cheating a second time too.
Like entry tests, SPSC (Sindh Public Service Commission) tests or commission tests in other provinces taken in the government sector for job employment have been targeted for non-transparency owing to the implication of the bribery, in which those candidates who cleared the commission tests and also given the interviews on merit got rejected, thereby they couldn’t make it. Whilst those candidates were given the job who were allegedly involved in bribery.
Not only that, the most competitive exam in Pakistan, like CSS (Central Superior Services), has been found non-transparent, in which a few candidates were caught getting exam papers leaked before an examination through bribery.
There is a lot of frustration among the youngsters over this opaque system of entry tests and job employment in Pakistan for too long. The youngsters have been victimised by this notorious ailment, which has a non-transparent system. The government should have to take action because of the severe need for a transparent system for youngsters’ future.
