Default Ghotki Train Incident!!!
On 13 July 2005,At least 123 people were killed and hundreds wounded after two crashes involving three trains at SARHAD station (Ghtoki).

I want all of you to discuss the main cause of this Incident?Who do you think was responsible?What steps should be taken by the railway ministry and government to avoid incidents like this in future?etc etc
