India-US secret game : the Butterfly Effect Theory

In the world of strategic planning, social change is vital to achieve particular goals set by the planners. Anthropologists maintain that social change is a slow process that would take hundreds of years. Hence, there is a problem for the strategists who fully aware that their plans would not work unless they initiate a quick social change. Acting as "facilitator of social change" the Butterfly Effect Theory (BET) is used. BET is a popular principle in chaos theory, which states that in any dynamic system, minor differences can be exploited and magnified to create much larger unforeseen consequences. A perfect example for this rather complicated theory is the way the Arab Spring started and how it has radiated to almost all countries in North African and the Middle East. Even now, the chaos accompanied with BET continues unabated.

In case of Pakistan, things were extremely calm and under control despite substantial defect in the democratic system. However, all political parties and the military establishment are functioning within the parameter of the old system. They lack freshness and acumen. They follow an outdated and primitive mechanism of engagement. This state of intellectual decline has made all the ruling elites susceptible to the new dynamic regime of change.

The Americans perfected the strategic planning by engaging India in the East and Afghanistan in the West. The Americans won the Indians through signing with them A Strategic Partnership Agreement. Afghanistan is under US occupation. The regime heavily relies on the US to remain in power. Thus, New Delhi and Kabul are engaging the Pak army in low intensity war. Now, Pakistan is sandwiched between India and Afghanistan. Furthermore, the government is facing a grim and devastating law and order situation in all over Pakistan.

All ingredients are now available to initiate BET and to create huge alienation of the civil society.

The CIA did its part by creating "Initiators" of the BET through a secret network that spread its influence all over Pakistan. That has ensured penetrating civil and military institutions. The US spy agencies have recruited puppets and placed them in key positions. This is an important factor in the dynamics of BET. What is needed is a unique event to initiate the process of social change.
The May 2, 2011 Geronimo Operation has produced that unique event, which devastated the civil and military leadership and shocked the nation.

Now, the Butterfly Effect has initiated chaos theory. Subsequently, chaos started to happen through activation of TTP against military, security agencies and civil society. The militants and banned outfits surfaced to take their part in spreading chaos. The sectarian and ethnic groups are supplemented them. The vision-deficit media came to the fore and unwittingly spread the news of chaos.

Business community jumped in by inflating prices and creating unemployment. Market economy forces are ruthless. They commit suicide by targeting their people by exploiting instability to gain financial gains.

Externally, the US administration gives signal to Afghanistan and Indian to start a low-intensity war in an undeclared war against the military establishment and Pakistani nation.

On The Top of the Hill, symbols of corruption are placed. Anti-people decisions are taken despite the regime's claim that it is "democratic." The corrupt challenge all laws of the land and ridicule judiciary including the Supreme Court of Pakistan. They combine with criminal mafia to collect batta (extortion tax) and to involve in organized crimes on an unprecedented scale in the history of Pakistan.

In retrospect, the initiation of Pakistan Spring has already started. It is in its initial phase. Once it gains momentum, it becomes Katrina.

Corruption, injustice, cruelty enrage the city under sea,
Call her Katrina, mistress of doom, she's rage can't see,
Any wisdom. Wanting random revenge without fears,
Days and nights passed. Grief long persists, eyes in tears.
