My Words Published in today's Express Tribune.

Jeremy Corbyn has been elected as the new leader of Britain’s Labour Party. By electing a man having leftist leanings and inclinations towards socialist ideas, Labour supporters seem resolved in taking their party to its original path, which was abandoned by Tony Blair. However, it remains to be seen whether the British electorate at large still feels whether socialist leanings are still relevant and to what extent Corbyn is successful in reinvigorating a demoralized party having lost two consecutive general elections.
Despite being a liberal, after having seen Liberal Democrats losing their relevance and being disillusioned by Blair’s Labour, I have developed a liking for David Cameron’s Conservative Party. However, it is wished ardently that Corbyn reinvigorates a new soul in the Labour Party. This would bode well for leftist movements the world over.
