i just wanna start preparation of compulsory subjects....could u help me..?

well i want to choose indo pak but everyone told me that its not scoring subject so avoid it.... then i prefer geography....besides it journalism, sociology(both have short syllabus as well) and physcology are good scoring subjects

my optional subjects are psychology,,sociology,,journalism,,Islamic history...tell me about your preparation strategy..?

i just started preparations 4 months age and untill now only preparing compulsory subjects.... besides it also doing mba so not able to give as much time as i want to...

from where or from which books you are preparing..??? someone guides u or u are doing yourself..???

yes my senior guides me.... i just start my preparation from English grammar.... i have not much time to give css...inshaallah i would appear in 2015....now i have to complete my graduation..

you are doing MBA so you can also select maths,,,accounting,,, that it gives pet marks....
and plz let me know that from where you prepare EDS..??
about books i will tell you tomorrow inshallah because my senior still does not reply my mail....

EDS by akram kashmiri is good enough.... plz tell me abt books that u find is best of all abt all subjects or which your seniors guide abt....
in mba we had only done the basic accounting not in too much deep so i dont think it is good ..... it is just best for C.A students

For psychology
Along with sher bano's psy books its better to add books like understanding psychology by robert s Feldman
SOME IMP THINGS TO REMEMBER REGARDING PSYCHOLOGY..
1 use diagrams where necessary..e.g brain,neuron
2 don't try to crame things just make good concepts e.g theories in psy 1
3 go for urdu version of sher bano's books....it helps a lot in making basic concepts.
4 jahangir's 20 questions is also available,go for it too but (don't rely on it totally)i' am recommending this because such books become very handy in the absence of comprehensive book

For journalism
In my opinion u should start with COMPETITIVE JOURNALISM by ABID TEHAI...later go for Exploring Journalism by Mirza Muhammad Yousaf..

For sociology
AN INTRODUCTION TO SOCIOLOGY by JAVED SOONHARO JISKANI…….This book is very precise...more like notes...easy to understand
Introduction to sociology by Taga BROTHERS.....main book of sociology
