Ramzan Tip
1; After sehri Namz nd reciting of Holy Quran have few mints walk in fresh air (this will give u soothingness and calm and also mentally freshness)
2; now sit along with books and till 9 AM u can study easily(girls those are involve in kitchen works may start after their work but before have also a walk in fresh air)
3; after you may sleep or take some rest and also complete ur home deeds till ZUhar u have time
4; After Zuhar again be with books till Asar (Girls who have to prepared kitchen then go for that and boys if they have no work continue study )
5; After Dinner and Traweh must make plan for next day study and go for sleep after Traweh it will help u to get maximum time in morng and also freshness
6; Use a balance diet in Sehr o Aftar (must use curd in Sehr and milk or milk made diet like shake etc in Aftar)
7: In Aftar first take Debts then a glass of water with little sips although thirst is there but quench it with one glass of tinny sips then have fruits avoid spicy and oily items like Pakora samosa etc Offer Mughrib prayer after this and after 15 mints gap have ur super as normal in other months
this will help u to reproduce again ur energy and also not let you down
8: After Meal must have a walk of 10 to 15 mints.(it reduce high blood pressure and gas trouble problems)
9; Go for sleep just after Traweh so that in morng u can stand for long time
