There is English input available everywhere. Here are a few tips and suggestions for you to find input of English around you and improve your English speech:
Rent or buy an English movie DVD. Put the English subtitles on.
Read about any subject that interests you
There are a lot of English magazines available on a lot of different topics.
Read Internet forums of subject matter that interests you
Read English fiction novels
Chat with fluent English speakers
Chat with fluent English speakers real or online. Make friends with interesting English speakers. Become pen-pals with a fluent English speaker.
Most effective tip: "Think in English"
One of the most common mistakes that English learners make is, they think in their mother tongue. When they want to say something in English, they think in their mother tongue, translate it to English and then say it in English. The result is a very flawed English sentence. Never do this!
BEST OF LUCK!

Tips about speaking english
there are few things we have to know about ourselves.
We must have confidence and be sure that we have to learn this. If tou will lack confidence then it will create some trouble for you. Speak english whether you are speaking right or wrong..dont think that what the others will think about you.....you are much better than others who dont speak english....if you dont have any one at your home with whom you may speak english or you hesitate to speak with anyone else....
Then there is an other option....
Stand in front of the mirror and speak english,,having your eyes on the mirror.this will help you to gain confidence and better expresions in english....

naveed the best way of improving ur english(to me) is to read english newspapers, watch english news channels like bbc cnn etc,nd lastly if u want to keep entertainment nd learning side by side then go for hollywood movies with subtitles initially...nd yes one more thing try to communicate with others especially ur friends in english..believe me that makes a huge difference in ur english speaking skills nd confidence as well...

Hy Invincible,
Thanks for mentioning the simple but critical mistakes we make. .. . . . especially WE NEVER THINK IN ENGLISH . . . .
I would like to add something. To improve English, try reading Dictionary. It not only enhances the vocabulary but you find yourself THINKING IN ENGLISH too . . . . . :)
BEST OF LUCK

its simple as said, " speaking is a thread of creation, in a particular language to create something you must have something in mind and to have that thing you must read, write, and interact in that language. "
