Which one is the correct criteria of recruitment former or latter or former is amended one as I heard from my friends

Actually i have friends in NTDC that why i know about selection procedure.
As far as privatization is concerned rumors are there but its chances are less than DiSCO's(this is my personal opinion).

They can appoint you anywhere in Pakistan but they try to appoint in your domiciled region if there is a vacant seat in that region.

So it means if anyone has lower marks in the NTS test(comes in top 15 or 20), he can still hope to be called? as NTS % is not much high.

Can this formula be applied to BPS 5-15 , in PESCO recruitment?

before removal of DG.HR the criteria set was 70% test and 30% interview.the new incumbent might change the set criterion but nothing is decided so far as per my knowledge.

brother can you shed some light on the prospects of promotion in ntdc.like how many years one have to serve in bps 14 and what will be the next designation once promoted. i will be grateful
