Yes in Ad. they asked 6/6 but when you will apply online, in the Physical Standards Tab, they have elaborated this, thats WITH or WITHOUT Glasses 6/9 and near vision not less than J-1 |
My friend has mistakenly entered his distant vision of left and right eye wrong and clicked on the save option. Now, he cannot edit it because there is no option of edit, add or delete in physical standard field. How could he edit this thing? Kindly reply asap. It would be so kind of you. Thanks in anticipation.
Best regards. |
Dear RMKamran
Ask your friend to check his email. PPSC sends a confirmation after application submission, which has a token number and application number. Note both numbers and then edit the application by visiting PPSC main page. There's a button of edit application on upper right corner of main page. Hope this helps Cheers |

Thanks brother for prompt reply. I have another question which has become a tension for me. I have not made physical standard certificate because I was ill since last 2 weeks and I thought that this thing will be checked by the recruitment after written test. I don't want to skip this golden job opportunity. As only two days are left, is it possible to make said certificate tomorrow? I live in Lahore. Can I make it from CMH or any other hospital? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks a lot. |

Looking forward to your reply. Thanks a lot.
who said it is necessary to have one while applying? It will only be required if called for interview. you can measure your height and chest yourself with the help of measurement tape. and for vision you can get it checked from an optician and he will tell you what to write in the 4 boxes in app. I have done in the same way. If you are not satisfied, then go to Distt headquarter hospital or services hospital lahore and get a certificate from MS. Try using a source "if possible" for timely provision. Otherwise do it as i did, take the test, see the result and if called for interview get a certificate. Choice is yours. P.S: please make sure you put the value a bit lesser in application if you are doing it by yourself. like if you are 175 cm tall, write 174 to avoid any difference in the certificate provided by the doc. |
I don't think certificate is even required now. As far as u meet the minimum physical requirements.
I got my eyes checked from CMH Hospital yesterday from an eye specialist major....they are okay... 6/6 distant vision. As per specialist distant vision is all that matters at this age....they don't even check near vision. About other requirements..... I didn't get them measured but I believe I am 5'9 and my chest with expansion more or less is 91 CM (measured myself). I have applied for the post... And I don't have the physical certificate. I could be wrong but i think we don't need that certificate right now. |
No relaxation in Age, Physical Standards & Educational Qualifications is allowed, notwithstanding general purpose provision of* the* Application Form.
" what is meaning of that statment???? Kia is ka matlab ya hain k general age relaxation k alwa baqi categories ki age relaxation allowed hai???? Like , Son of deceased employee, candidate from jamu nd kashmir, eg. |
