SBP is one of the most efficient org in terms of starting salaries.

If you are appointed as OG2 (BPS 17) in SBP your starting salary will be 82000, and manay other benefits too... and if you are appointed as OG1 (BPS16) your starting salary will be 50,000..........

Can somebody share here the latest notification of the House Rent Allowance for KPK Govt Employees? What's the House Rent Allowance for a BPS 17 Employee?
Plus what is the total amount in rupees for Adhoc Relief Allowance @10% & 15% Adhol Relief All-2013?

First number denotes "Basic Salary", Middle number denotes "Annual Increment" and last number denotes "Maximum Basic"

Basic Pay which you'll be receive in start will be 10,500 excluding Allowances (Allowances can be different in different organizations)

Let me break it down for you and I should clarify here that the pay I mentioned is for Pakistan Navy and is "Take Home Salary":

BPS-15:

Basic: 13510
House Rent Allowance: 2349
Conveyance Allowance: 2856
Medical Allowance: 1500
Adhoc 2010: 2610
Adhoc 2016: 1351

GROSS: 24176/-
Deductions:
GP Fund: 2425/-
Benevolent Fund: 336/-

Whats left is 21415/-!!

Unless, of course, you mention any ADDITIONAL allowance, which as per this moment does not exist in Pakistan Navy!

This pay can vary in Ministries as Ministry personnels are entitled to 20% Special Allowance @Basic Pay!

This pay can vary in FBR, Customs, NA, Senate etc etc as they have more allowances!

This pay can very in Strategic Organizations as they have different pay structure and allowances!!
