Som1 told me that CAA calls 4 cabdidats per post. Eg there are 3 posts for Punjab (4*3=12) top 12 scoring candidates frm punjab will be called for interview

There is establishment circular dated 16.1.15 available regarding merit based recruitment in government departments including autonomous bodies. I cannot share a link, so google it.
It says:
Top 5 candidates will be called for interviews.
70 % weightage will be given to written test.
30 % weightage to interview which include relevant qualification / experience, knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Most of the organization have followed this criteria recently DRAP, NAB etc.
