I really appreciate your positive thinking, and dear I dont say that I am working in HR department but I am not far away form it. So I think you would have called one of my colleagues.
Moreover in latest posts of mine I have told you people that the lists are completed and later on I told you people that officers want to reject the NTS test and may take the test afresh by their own, but I did not said that they can do so.
For your assurance you can check the posts...

Nigkary ka maslah siraf FESCO kay sath nahi hyn balkah saub companies ky sath hy bhai.... Woh union ka kaum hay us kay leyah strike karnah .... woh tu sal myn hotah rahtah hy.....

fesco ka test bhe is waja se delay howa tha
