well i've given a few interviews, but never one for teaching, while as told earlier my friend has given the interview of IBA, according to him they would most probably be looking at your presentation skills and the language, you should be fluent in English and some technical questions were also asked from him,

Sukkur IBA is not a full Government organization as I have heard rather it is a semi Govt. Institute. Is this true?
So working there one may not be able to claim the two year age relaxation for CSS. What are the benefits and salary packages offered to BPS-18 Lecturers at Sukkur IBA?
Those who are seniors are requested to comment.

well that's true, it is a semi govt organisation but the package is way better, and you might not get the age relaxation but i say you would love the environment there if you are dedicated towards teaching..
and one more thing do you remember the site from which they conducted the test ??

Site?
No, I mean I haven't come across any site having that material. The test wasn't that difficult. All you need to do is focus on your core area of the post applied for because it contains the maximum (60%) portion. We usually keep preparing for the rest of the portions (Eng, Math, GK and IQ).

I believe there were around 60.
