Those who attempted today's test at IBA Sukkur for Lecturer (HRM), lets share our marks.
I got 59.

Tariqab when did these posts were advertised ? after how many months test were conducted after advertisement? does merit exist? how was your test? doses iba sukkur discloses sylabus b4 test? kindly answer all my questions and provide additional sugestions.

The posts were advertised recently around a month ago. I can't say anything about merit. Test was fine. It had some questions which I believe shouldn't be asked from a Lecturer (HRM). No, they didn't disclose the syllabus but after some preliminary research over the internet, one gets a fair idea of how it would be designed.

Yes, July 6, 2015 was the last date to apply. Do you know their recruitment policies? Do they give consideration to the qualification and university of graduation or just the score of the test?

marks obtained in the test and interview will count more than the degree, if one has higher degree then he could be preferred in the interview ,
but I asked did they take an online test? and what were the specifications of the test?? how many guys were you there taking the test??

Sukkur IBA does take merit into consideration. A friend of mine was appointed as a lecturer Electrical engineering , he stood second in the written test, So there should be no doubt in that, and I just had a glimpse of Sukkur IBA website, and read a name Muhammad Taariq, is it you brother??

Thank you brother . Yes; Alhamdulillah, I have been shortlisted for Interview though Muhammad Tariq is not me.
Yeah, they held an online test comprising of English (20%), GK (10%), Math(10%) and Subject specific (60%).
I believe there were around 60.

Do you guys have any idea about interviews at IBA Sukkur? I mean where do they mainly focus e.t.c

Mr TqariqAb would you tell me how waz your test experience? was it easy, difficult or moderate? every test do have english portion , can you tell me English portion of the test consisted of what?
