If you acquire a house for family in big cities like Islamabad, karachi Lahore etc. then WAPDA will give you house acquisition.

GB domiciled, having 66 marks without any syllabus focused prep. Any other from GBFATA domicile who has above 66, except the one with 70.

Because 69 marks r not enf for the open merit in sindh rural.. However, other things which i mentioned before may bring a ray of hope for selection in comparison to other candidates who also secured between 68 to 72 .
