They didn't mention required qualification clearly in advertisement, they just write BSc Engnieering degree. I guess they need BSc Electrical Degree as it is a Electrical Power sector organization (NEPRA)

I guess the same... but the eligibility criteria should be clearly mentioned... I guess this was intensional to collect some money grom candidates nrcause so many candidates have been rejected for the same reason mentioned against their names... anyhiw best of luck to selected candidates..

i suggest you to call NEPRA and confirm about required qualification instead of NTS.

PSO (power sector) test date confusion
 

Why the hell NTS is not attending the phone? There is so much confusion about test date for various posts. On one page, it is stated that test dates for assistant directors post will be announced soon and on another link test date is given i.e. 18th oct, sunday but no venue or time is mentioned.
Moreover, content weightages are now clearly mentioned and eligibility criteria for assistant director (technical) is changed to BSc. electrical or electronics engg. I will be very thankful if anyone has information regarding the test date for the post of assistant directors.

For AD posts date will be announced soon. First they announced 18th Oct as test date for all posts, then exclude AD posts but don't remove previous list while uploading new list(which leads to confusion). It may be due to the fact that they have not mentioned the required qualification/test syllabus properly for these posts. And rejected candidates may sue them because first they mention BSc(Eng) as required qualification and then reject their forms.

Same here. This is because test for the posts of AD is postponed and date will be announced soon. The new list of candidates is of those having test on 17th and 18th october. So wait for another list of candidates.

the whole thing made me so nervous, what is wrong with NTS? they don't bother giving clear information.
anyway what types of MCQs can we expect?
