They are senior associates(bps15) how they become junior court associates. I think it will be injustice for them to replace title of SENIOR with title of JUNIORS mere difference of one grade!
Dear its not that simple that you degrade any body in level of uneducated. In different circumstances there lay certain types of privileges and powers which could be used by special means. That's why in every case both parties having experienced lawyers refer to court for decree despite of opening law books or searching on net. Every case has its own scenario, therefore, in constitutional cases court depend on PLDs and precedents rather than mere law.

Court staff who is trying to stop the rizk (livelihood) of such financially struggling youth, dont know the basic fact that this power rests with ALLAH alone.
Moreover they are already employed , they have no right to pull unjustified barricade on a way to new gravely needed employement.

Did you know that there are numerous such Assistant Registrar who were clerk in past, from BPS-14 Assistant may directly be promoted to Assistant Registrar BPS-18, it is as per SOP, when such Assistant would not be promoted than definitely they will submit their grievances to the Court as per law, due to past general practice of promotion from BPS-14 to 18, they have decided to fight for their rights of promotion.
The promotion for lower scale employees does not suit here, because of different nature of work, like daftri can not operate the computer, but if such vacancies are announced they are eligible to apply, for your info, there was 01 x FARASH who is appointed with us as Sub Office Associate.

SUPARCO
My current net salary in SUPARCO is approx Rs.31,000/- along with pick and drop service and Panel hospital facility in terms of medical treatment and OPD. (No medicines reimbursement).
Generally it takes five years for promotion from SPS-3 to SPS-4, SUPARCO is better organization than other government departments, but unfortunately the division in which i was working was equal to CHANDOO KHANA,
4. There is strict policy for reappointment in SUPARCO specially for Staff employees,
5. SUPARCO always hire candidates with 1st division in that qualification on the basis of one applies, and only one 2nd Division is allowed through academic career.
5. SUPARCO strives hard to don't promote the Non-technical and sometimes Technical employees from SPS-07 to SPS-08 as they have set a different scales between 07 to 08 like SPS-07-A, SPS-07-B, SPS-7-C, it clearly notifies the staff cadre employees that department does not want to see you as Officer which is not less than a humiliation.

SINDH HIGH COURT
1. I applied through proper channel, my basic pay is protected, Monthly Gross Salary is about Rs.50,000/- as the my current basic pay in SUPARCO is Rs. 15,245/- and rest of the fresh appointees are getting Rs.41,940/- as their basic pay for BPS-07 SUB OFFICE ASSOCIATEis Rs.7,490/-
2. I can do LLB, or short hand to appoint as Gazzetted Officer.
3. SHC offers medical reimbursement 100% of family as well as parents, while in SUPARCO there was lengthy procedure to avail the medical facility for parents.
4. SHC is also is Larkana, which is my hometown, I would love to go back to Lrk in future I may go back there,
5. I am excited enough to know about Court Laws and procedures, this would be more worthwhile than working as clerk in SUPARCO.

There has been recruitment process of JCA since December 2015; we took 3 test till 13th May 2016. While SHC staff promotion CP7241/2015 is hanging in SHC since October/November 2015, & there is neither any stay order for recruitment of JCA nor Honerable Justice said any thing regarding JCA.
Now some friends @ WhatsApp group of JCA & cssforum are of opinion that the process is delayed due to lingering of the CP. They say pending of the case is against them & untill decision comes nothing happens.
I am of view that lingering of the CP is in our favour because decision will have 2 aspects one in favour & other might be against us. While interviews will be carried out because there is no stay order as I said earlier. If the process is delayed due to CP then I am hopeful decision will be in our JCA favour because Honerable Justices support fresh blood for newly created seats. Therfore, SHC advertised jobs otherwise it would directly promote senior staff.

of Civil Servant Act, 1973. However, the benefit of pay
protection will be admissible to employees of such
autonomous organizations who have adopted Scheme of
Basic Pay Scales in toto on their appointment in Government
offices provided they have applied for the post through
proper channel.”

This Rule/Policy is being adopted generally in all department of Federal Government. SHC is an autonomous constitutional department it may have different rules/policy. If your pay is protected this is very good.

After meeting with Accounts Officer (before Joining) I met with an Assistant Registrar (Budget) before joining SHC, I talked him clearly that I am coming from SUPARCO, which is autonomous body having Special Pay Scale system, Would I be eligible to get Basic Pay Protection?
He assured me, he has been serving on the seat since last 23 years,
Number of times I have asked from him that Pay protection is only the reason that I am agree to leave SUPARCO.
He stated that SUPARCO is a commission, it means you have no concern with AG Sindh / AGPR, but pay protection is your right as you have come through proper channel, He even asked me to show my pay slip, I shown him, He confirmed me than You may come.
while there is a big difference between my Basic Pay and others,
My basic pay at SUPARCO was Rs.15425/-
The basic pay of SOA at SHC for fresh candidates is Rs.7490/-
Assistant Registrar even told me that I would be having 19th stage of increment.
After meeting with Assistant Registrar, than I decided to join SHC as there is difference of about Rs.18,000/- per month.
