WELL today I want to hospital and asked the assistant of the medical superintendent for physical fitness certificate. he said the doctor does not give it. I met the doctor(MS) personally and he blatantly refused saying how could he measure my chest and height. I have also not received the bio data form yet. what should I do. please someone with a worthy suggestion come forward. regards.

Brother, I went to STH, met PA to MS, told him that I need such certificate. Upon enquiry the MS told his PA that it was not his job and referred me to a medical specialist in the Medical Ward. There, the specialist upon seeing FPSC notice said, "my name is not mentioned in it, it's just saying the competent authority." So he also refused to sign any certificate. Then I came back to the PA to MS, he took me to Deputy Medical Superintendent. He wrote my chest and height measurement on OPD receipt and was about to sign it when I asked him if he would sign a printout. The DMS agreed, and I went to a composing shop typed a certificate and brought it before him for signature.
It says it's to certify that Mr. X son of Y bearing NIC # has chest measurement of #######.
His height is #####.

I don't know if it's the right format but I'm sending this to FPSC.

Is there any need to go for a complete medical check up, or just Height/Chest measurements will do..?? There was a guy who said that result of preventive officer would be announced on 1st of January and it turned out to be,I did not take his words seriously but now I am trying to find him on this thread but in vain

My pleasure bro.. Today I got a certificate from the medical superintendent of Services Hospital titled Fitness Certificate. It comprised of name, father's name , the post applied for, department, height and chest measurements and identification marks.
