i have given almost dozen of tests in nts ... In most cases the results was announced in first 8 days... and i expected this result also upto sunday evening insha Allah... It will be very unfortunate for us if not declared till sunday evening

The merit calculation for the post of invigilators will be on district/tehsil base. And NTS would not shortlist that much candidate. I think there will be no interview for the said post. However candidates who got selected would be asked for one or 3 days training how to perform their duties. That all. Hope you have got your answer . Any kind of feedback is welcomed .

What does open merit mean to him and you? Province wise or all Pakistan open merit. Further, unable to understand the logic behind this selection criteria as if, for instance, majority of the candidates get selected from any particular area, then how they will perform their duties if assigned invigilation in the district other than their own.
