Difference b/w the selection process of AGPR and AGP
1. AGPR test conducted by BTS. Screening Typing= Merit score. Although candidates had speed of 18wpm was called for Interview. 2. AGP test conducted by UTS Screening Pass and fail. Typing pass and fail. Interview pass and fail. Yha pe AGPR and AGP ko kbe be compare nhn kya ja sgta. Department change he, testing service change he, selection process change he. So follow the rules of AGP rather than AGPR. AGPR me call a rha the Madam ko & kitne merit hoe h wo b pta he. AGP me hamare DG ke cell he band the.

Screening test mai criteria above 55 , typing 30 or near 30 but interview mai kia crieria hai passing ka 60 % question correct , 70 % correct or 90 % correct answers which asked by panel ??

Here is my Interview------Venue Peshawar. dated 02-12-2016 From where you pass Metric, Bachelor and Master (name of department/University) Your written test score in UTS.? From where you belong..? Name of Tribe..? Name of specific area of your tribe ..? Then one interviewer said did you know Mr Flanaaa!! (famous person of my area.?) What is finance..? Fundamentals of Finance..? Why you want to switch your current government job..? What is financial accounting..? Did you know Raja Sahib of Mehmood Abad..? Did you know Nawab Bhadur Yar Jhung..? who was sheere Bangaal..? What is bullish approach in stock exchange..? P.S, from above interview questions my right answer ratio round about 60-70%. Interview environment was very friendly, interview panel was very co-operative, Interview panel was consist of 4 members, Please keep in your prayers.

Please relpy to my query. Mere paas degree thi magar interview k waqt. Mujhe ye jaanna hai k kia interview k pehly jo form to documents k saath behejne thy un k saath bhi degree attach karna lazmi tha ya nahi us waqt mere paas degree nai thi.
par interview k waqt mere paas bcom k degree thi. So please someone guide me. Am I in trouble?
