Could you please tell what's the salary of management executive ?? And it is equivalent to what scale ??

I think salary will be around 45k and scale is 16.5 as it is neither like 17 nor 16.in around 3 years the charge of Assistant Director is given to management executive which is equivalent to 17 bps.

The Post of Mangement Executive is like Probationary Officer and the promotion to Assistant Director depends purely on the vacancies when there will be an empty slot of Assistant Director in any of their division they will promote Management Executive as per the requirement of division like if some AD promoted to DD in Legal Affairs Div the Management Executive of Legal Affairs Div will be promoted to AD level. So the thing is promotion to AD level is purely based on no of vacant AD slots.

Salaray ranges from 55k-60k this time.. and I am also confused about interviewing procedure so no clue about that.. I am thinking to call Mr. Shahryar Akram, officer dealing the induction process..

Yeah... I also think we should talk to him because people from lahore are being called for 3rd interviews as well.. That may just be a regional requirement or a standard process for all candidates .. we need to confirm it ...
