@Mubi7,you are partially right,MCO has to let go 5000 rupees from 28000,thats leaves him with 23000,after which he gets 100 liters petrol which now has been reduced to almost 6200+22000 equalling 28200 plus 2000 TA,,this is the amount that is 30200 pm which he would get without any effort every month..rest commissions on tactors may take his monthly earnings beyond 40000 easily..that is what i have done in my 7 months in ZTBL..

Yes brother its far better than an MTO job as long as workload is concerned, its good as an MTO will have recovery targets during the harvest seasons in december and may-june,these three months would define you, rest 9 months you can come and leave at your ease..timings are 9-5:30 but you will find yourself free most the months in gupshup as your work would end maximum by 2 o clock..hectic routine starts in november and ends in december, likewise may-june would give you a hard time

Plus our batch will recieve 2 bonuses this april..so money follows you in ZTBL,Its a good job if you are in a dire need of money, sticking to the job would ensure you a secure future inshaAllah-but this bank is not for "parhi likhi" awaam

There is one bonus announced and disbursed last week. If you prefer operation work, private bank environment is far better than this bank. Field job is bit relaxed. Bus as the ime changes so they are making changes in job description.

Default Eligibility criteria

There is some ambiguity in eligibility criteria as it is mentioned in ad that candidates with cgpa less than 2.5 are not eligible, it means graduation with less than 60 % marks under annual system will not be considered?? Please make it clear!!

Yes I think below 60%, makes you ineligible.
