Default SPS-08 Ciontract vs SPS-07 Regular
Friends, I am working in federal govt organization under SPD in SPS-08 on Contract Basis however I am expecting another appointment letter from another SPD Org in SPS-07 on regular / permanent basis.

What is your suggestions / opinions, what I should do.

Further, if there is any issue when u go for lower grades while working in higher grade.

Looking for your valued suggestions.

Well IF the difference between your-mentioned posts with respect to salary and other benefits is not that much ,then one might prefer grade 7 since it will ensure a more secure future ..
It was just a suggestion ...do cost/benefit analysis of both posts ..then make a decision .
