I think a very strong writ can be filed in IHC for this case where results for F4-150,151,152 have not been declared for 8 months and are highly unlikely to be declared anytime in the future as well.

Or as maybe the case the seats already fulfilled internally....while embezzling fees from a couple of thousand candidates. :waiting:waiting:waiting
