No challan form or deposit slip has been given with the form. From where are we supposed to obtain it?

usually PCAA gives 15 days for applicaion submission after advertisement but this time due to eid holidays the retention date of 08/2016 is 14 july but confirm it first from HR then fill the application form

Visit ABL, get and fill deposit slip,,, pay fee,,,, the stamped copy is your challan form.

Yes, you're right, but in this specific case, you've to attach deposit slip.

Yes, it's available in all branches. Ask them to give you deposit slip.
