candidates having engineering degree and studied computer programming and networking etc are eligible or not for deputy assistant director BS-16?

Guys my age on closing date 30 years 3 months 20 days, Am I eligible?

Finally ...

is 30 years relax able upto 5 years or the age is already added?

can anybody tell me what should we study for the post of deputy assisstant director?????
