For all who appeared in HRGS&ENI test,those were also PSO jobs as i just did with my skype interview.
Moreover i cant figure out the rationale for this duality in direct vs the indirect recruitment!

Lasted for good 33 minutes;questions included past work experience,strengths&weaknesses,was asked to rate my written and spoken english on a scale of 10,asked about my views on creativity and innovation,my confidence level in dealing with higher authorities of the irganisation,about siblings,about my majors,and my personal achievements so far and a couple of more questions.

and gave HRSG interview yesterday
its really confusing.. this direct and indirect hiring...

I appeared for training program what is hrgs

How can the interview take place when the test for training opportunity was held on Sunday and result was declared yesterday

The test conducted by NTS for HRSG & ENI on 24th July. HRSG is interviewing engineering candidates and ENI, Management candidates.

They said during the interview that they are also hiring for PSO

Bro are you an engineering candidate or a management one? as i am an engineering candidate and i was interviewed on phone instead of skype so either it means that hrsg and eni have adapted separate methods for initial screening i.e phone call vs skype or if you are from engineering background as well then maybe the skype interview followed the comprehensive phone interview
