Security clearance forms will be issued to only 18-20 candidates....first 6 will selected..and rest will be on waiting list..because if in top 6..someone not join..or not cleared in security clearance..or become medically unfit..so they call to next reserve candidates.....
My dear this is MTC...a small subsiadry of NESCOM...how can it announce 20 or 30 seats only for the cadre of Admin/HR for only in Islamabad...u people check the adds of FPSC...last time they announce only 30 seats of IB for all pakistan and more then 30000 candidates appeared....

One question from all of you...
That we cleared the test which shows our academics are good..
Then IQ for intelligence...
If some one has previous job experience it is plus point...
Whether all factors will be calculated for final selection or only our interview appearance in front of selection board and percentage of right or wrong answers in interview will matter...

In my point of view they will make merit on the basis of aggregate i.e. test, iq/personality test, qualification and experience. . . Qualification in a sense that two candidates equal in all respect but one has done MS and other has done BBA (Hons), they wil prefer to candidate having MS qualification.
Lets see . . . Keep hope for the best. . . . 😊

I guess they also have great emphasis on academic record...they take into account good GPA n Distinction etc... as competition is very tough..if not everyone then most of the candidates appeared in the interview did well...so see who will be lucky ones..

It's too early to comment about anything right now. Mainay zindagi main seekha hai k jab kissi cheez ko hum apnay dimagh main garh letay, tou wou hamay aisay musakhar krdeti hai k roz marrah ki cheezoun say laikr apnay usloub tak, hum ussay k mehwar hokr reh jatay hain. Daana Daana pe Allah nay muqarrar kia hua hai. Kissi ko nokri milay gi, koi sirf wahan ki chai k liyay mukhtas tha. Aisi baaten krnay say, aur phir nakaam honay pe aizaa ziada pohanchti hai. Let's move forward. If there is any update, we'll see.

Totally agree with Mr. Saad. Agar apky naseeb mein hai tu dunia ki koi taqat app se nahi cheen sakti lekin agar kisi aur ka naseeb ha tu koi apko dila nai sakta.

Belive in this Inshaa Allah life buhat easy ho jaye gi.
