One thing the guys who are applying in Strategic Organizations (having SPS) should note down, they take lots of time in short listing (2-3 Months or may be more, near 5-6 can be taken as well), so all you got to do is "Have Patience"

When any Deptt call Applications directly, How they can process the Applications of thousands?
I think they have already selected their near and dear but the whole process is just an Eye Wash.
