What is the selection procedure of FPSC after the conducting of its written test for BPS-16 and BPS-17?

How much weight-age is given to the screening test?
How much weight-age is given to academics?
How much weight-age is given to interview?

What is the overall marking formula for selection in BPS-16 and BPS-17?
